Movement RX – Free Trial Class
Movement RX combines yoga and strength training techniques to optimize mobility according to the focus for that day. The program is typically a four week program that will approaches the whole body incorporating dynamic and static stretching with conditioning and other unique drills to improve overall functionality, while creating new movement patterns and restoring optimal functional range of motion.
